1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules published on the pkr86 platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and pkr86 regarding your access to and use of the pkr86 platform and all associated services.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of pkr86 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Register only one pkr86 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Where pkr86 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.

pkr86 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

pkr86 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on pkr86.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, pkr86 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into your pkr86 account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pkr86 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

6. Deposits

pkr86 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment options may be introduced at pkr86's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount on pkr86 is Rs 200, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pkr86 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pkr86 accepts no liability.
• pkr86 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if KYC requirements are not satisfied.
• Deposited funds held in your pkr86 account do not accrue interest.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkr86 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your pkr86 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• pkr86 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 banking days depending on your financial institution.
• pkr86 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in temporary delays.
• Withdrawals relating to bonus-derived funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the applicable promotion and will not be released until those conditions are met.
• pkr86 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits as published in the Cashier section of the platform.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr86 offers various bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from your pkr86 account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise by pkr86.
• pkr86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds held in your pkr86 account are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used in wagering before bonus funds, unless otherwise specified.
• Any attempt to abuse pkr86 bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and, where abuse is systemic, the closure of your pkr86 account.
• pkr86 bonuses have expiry dates. Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

9. Betting Rules

The pkr86 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and bilateral series), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the platform. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on pkr86:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by pkr86. Bets are not accepted if the selection is suspended at the time of placement.
• pkr86 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where manifest errors in odds pricing have occurred, whether due to a technical fault or human error.
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled in accordance with pkr86's sport-specific rules, which are published in the Help section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets accepted by pkr86 are binding once confirmed by the system, notwithstanding any subsequent challenge by the player based on observable match events.
• pkr86 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or suspend betting on any event or selection at its sole discretion.
• Maximum win limits apply and are published in pkr86's sportsbook terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped accordingly.

14. Responsible Gaming

Your use of the pkr86 platform is at your own risk. pkr86's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr86 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and pkr86, you are encouraged to first contact pkr86 support to seek an informal resolution. pkr86 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body overseeing pkr86's gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
